Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to confirmed creative projects with EpikX Digital Creative Ltd. Initial quote requests are not paid bookings.
Cancellations
Projects may be cancelled according to the accepted proposal. Fees may apply for discovery, design, copy, development, or coordination work already completed.
Refunds
Deposits and milestone payments are reviewed based on delivered work, reserved production time, and third-party costs. Completed digital deliverables are generally not refundable.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, font, stock, platform, or advertising charges paid to third parties may be non-refundable.
